Dedicated volunteers provide care and compassion to our patients and an invaluable service to Infirmary Health System.
Our volunteers:
- Deliver flowers and cards to patients;
- Distribute ice water, juice and coffee to patient rooms;
- Assist with meals on nursing units;
- Provide "extras" such as meal-tray favors or baby items for news moms;
- Provide directions to visitors or escort them to unfamiliar areas;
- Obtain patient condition information;
- Staff information desks.
