Ab Ripper

 A 30-minute total abdominal workout.

Advanced Step and Sculpt
High-intensity, aerobic workout runs approximately 35-40 minutes and concludes with an abdominal workout. Perfect for mid- to high- fitness levels. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center, Aerobic studio.

Aqua Aerobics

A great total body workout is performed in the shallow end of the pool. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center indoor pool.

This 45-minute class offers a combination of cardio, mixed with resistance training. All levels are welcome to attend. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center indoor pool.

Aqua Sculpting

Aqua sculpting is ideal for beginners or individuals with arthritis. The class includes resistance training with aqua bells and stretching. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center indoor pool.

Body Recall

This class is designed for individuals dealing with the effects of a stroke. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center.

Body Sculpting

Hand weights, tubing and body bars are used for resistance training. Exercises may be modified for individual needs. All levels are welcome. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center.

Boot Camp

Challenge yourself with fast-paced, non-stop, cardio and strength training, designed for participants in the intermediate and advanced levels. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center, Aerobic studio. 

BOSU + Sculpt

A combination of cardio, balance and core training. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center.

BOSU Cardio

Choreographed workout using a BOSU balance ball, step and traditional aerobics. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center.

Cardio Sculpt

A high intensity cardio workout uses kicks, jabs and punches, along with speed and agility drills, followed by 30 minutes of core work. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center. 

Deep Water

A challenging aquatic workout uses assisted flotation in deep water. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center, Indoor pool.

Pilates

Challenge yourself with 30 minutes of high- and low-impact aerobics, followed by 30 minutes of Pilates floor work. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center.

Spinning

A challenging indoor cycling class uses stationary bikes, which are reserved the day before the scheduled class. First-time riders need to arrive 15 minutes early to receive help with bike setup. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center, Spinning studio.

Stretch

Basic stretching improves flexibility and balance and is good for most fitness levels. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center.

Total Body Conditioning

This class offers cardio, resistance and core training. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center, Aerobic studio.

Yoga

Intense stretching and yoga poses help improve core muscle strength, balance and flexibility. Participants should bring a yoga mat and arrive early to class for set up. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center.

Zumba

Latin cardio dance aerobics. Classes held at the ProHealth Fitness and Rehabilitation Center.
